Introducing Wyland Smith - Star of the week

The first day

Sidney is at the big boy school!! He woke up and was super excited and ready to go. It was a great morning.

He told me he was so excited he couldn't even say "cheeseburger" 😭 too cute.

Wyland was happy to get things going!! He was outside at 7:15.

Sorry too many but I can't believe they are both in school.

Sleepyhead

First day of summer...this little second grader is usually the first up and has show no sign of waking as his brother gets ready for his last day of school.

We had another first

....it's hockey time!

Wyland took off and really started to just go for it. Sid had fun but was a wee bit more cautious.

It was freezing in the rink...should be a fun middle of the summer activity to beat the heat.

The kiddos (and the rest of us) are really digging the new backyard setup thanks to Grandpa Larry...and Daddo...and Wyland (master stainer).

We had some baseball this week and a rainout this weekend. Boo. But don't u just love Wyland's at the ready pic on the pitching mound.

Sids's class almost trapped a leprechaun on Friday. The kid has so much Spartan gear!

The kids show that yes that can "chill and relax a bit" after our Sunday morning breakfast at Beach Plum. Feeling spoiled by Grammie and Grandpa on the breakfast front so we had to go out and have someone cook for us.

He's just been too funny lately not to take a few.

I'm way off my game on posting. I keep thinking I'll send out all the pics we've taken in the last month or two (and maybe I will) but it's been nice to just enjoy the kids. And besides we've turned into one of those crazy two boys in sports families...basketball overlapped with baseball and then t-ball started. Fun but non-stop.
