Summer Trip No. 2

So we headed to Dubuque for a long weekend to see Uncle Jake and Aunt Michelle get hitched...

Instead of going by way of Chicago, we were rerouted through Denver to Moline...man I've been to a lot of cities...Moline, I hear John Deere is headquartered there.

I point at airplanes up in the sky all day at home and finally got to see one up close...see?

We were in Denver for a LONG time...

Luckily I found a way to amuse myself :O

We had some time to kill on the morning of the wedding so after a leisurely swim in the Hotel Julian pool, we walked over to the Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium.
See the fish?
And this one?
Woah!  It's so big....

This was my favorite!
I also got to dance a little bit in the kids area...and splash around in the kiddie river ;)
Trooper is getting tired...

Whew...all the fish, and water, and dancing wore me out.  Ahhh...napping all alone in a king size!

Time to get ready, huh?

Okay...I'm in.
The wedding was beautiful
They did it! See my bubble?

Familiar chair...did they find grammie and grandpa Potter's high chair just for this wedding?

Pictures are hard to take while dancing, huh momma??

Summer Trip No. 1

So it's been a while...Momma and dada have been dragging me all over the place this summer...and an update is long overdue.

The first trip we took was to Charlevoix to visit our family.

Here's dada and I with our state hats!

Here I am with dada again at music hour at Auntie Laura's library.
Gosh I really do love the library!

This squish ball is sooo cool!
And check out the rock xylophone!

It's even fun out front!

Cousin Kai let me play with all the wheels at Nana and Papa's house...guess it wears him out?

Nana helped to settle me down by reading "The Wheels on the Bus" over and over again while I pushed the button to play the song over and over and over again...cause that's what I do.

Dada taking me to the Dunes.

Because he knew I would love the beach!
I even made it down to Venetian :)

Went to the beach in Glen Arbor after checking out Sleeping Bear Dunes....I need a few years before I can climb that big 'ole dune! But I'll take a relaxing wade in the lake any day! Ahhhhhhhh....

I LOVE the water...so momma had to scoop me up out the lake before my lips turned too purple :)
Nana and Papa got a new chair that Kai and I "drove" up an down the hall.
Original Red Chair

Serious Face!

One more smile...

I"m on my way...

OK I know there are more photos (send them to Momma and maybe she'll get a second Michigan post up), but I'm tired, let's go home.
