Watching the rain

...and listening to the man in the sky playing the drums. We woke up to a Midwestern style thunderstorm today. Both boys freaked out because the thunder was so loud..it woke them up..scary! But we regrouped and then watched the rain...and listened to the drums, and caught the occasional flicker of light.

We need the rain!

Momma is actually loving the peacefulness of the pitter patter and the smell of the rain. We don't get that very often out here.
