It had to be done

Question: Is there a safety issue in pic A? This is not the worst of it. The kid was going completely crazy yesterday! Unbuckled himself and began flinging himself from side to side. After this pic Sid proceeded to bang his head on the window. I was helpless and felt terrible. Wyland even tried singing B-I-N-G-O and then twinkle twinkle...nothing worked. The second pic, B, is today after what I deemed a mandatory switch to forward facing. Happy trails Sid, Happy trails.

A day at the park

We found an open space and finally got the kite flying. Look at Wyland go!!

Afterwards we "looked" for and talked about how the tree blocked the wind. They were very understanding. Haha

Back at the pool

Wyland is digging swim lessons. Sid's in as well but I'm not allowed to take photos while in the pool. So we settled for him at the pool entertaining himself (he's also obsessed with TMNT - that's Raphael he's holding - yep he goes everywhere with us) while Wyland learned how to float and swim without assistance - how cool is that for an almost 4 year old.

Legoland here we come!

First visit with the boys. They had fun but we need to figure out a good path next time (for my sanity of course). It's crazy that a place hidden in the hills but less than a half a mile from our front door could be so large. Lots to explore but we spent most of our time at the new Star Wars exhibit. Wyland kept asking to go see Dark Vadar lol!! Hell get it right one of these days. He loved loved loved it there.
